CHEATS

One player extra continues:
Press Start on controller two just before losing with no continues remaining. Game play may be continued as player two with the continue total reset to full.

Alternate music:
Enter sound test mode from the option screen. Set the sound test to the "Staff" selection, press B to play the song, then press Y.

The Turtles true colors:
To see the original colors of The Ninja Turtles enter the "options" selection at the title screen. Highlight "Color Mode" & press Left or Right to change it from Animated to Comic.

Code for ten lives:
At the Main Menu use controller 2 press: Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, B, then A Then go to the options screen and use controller 1 To increase your lives to 10

CHEATS - SNES Version

NOTE: ALL OF THE FOLLOWING CODES MUST BE ENTERED FROM THE MAIN MENU ON THE CONTROLLER IN **PORT 2**!!

Unlock Karai and Rat King to play in Vs. mode:
X, Up, Y, Left, A, Down, B, Right, X, Up.  You should hear an explosion sound to confirm.

Unlock Channel 6 and Metro Train for play in Vs. mode:
L, R, L, R, L, R, A.  Again, an explosion sound will confirm.

Hi Speed 3 mode unlock:
The Konami Code (Up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, B, A). A different sound will confirm (Aska's voice).

10 Credits for Story mode:
3B, 3A, 7X. An explosion sound will confirm.

Ultimate Attack enabled in Story mode (this one's tricky):Up, Left, Down, Right, X, Y, A, B, X, Y, A, B, X.  Listen for that familiar explosion.


Extra high speed Mode:
Press Up(2), Down(2), Left, Right, Left, Right, B, A on controller 2 at the main menu  A.K.A. title screen. Asaka will say "Excellent" to confirm correct code entry. High speed 3 may now be selected at the options menu.

Boss Backgrounds:
L, R, L, R, L, R, A on controller 2 at the main menu  A.K.A. title screen. If entered correctly, you will hear the sound of a dragon. Select Vs. Battle mode game & select characters. The Metro Train & Studio 6 may now be selected.

Some of Donatello's moves:
Ground Claw: Down, Foward, Fierce Punch
Head Spin: Down, Back, Fierce Kick
Rapid Bow Staff: Fierce Punch rapidly or Normal Punch rapidly

Configure control:
Press select at character selection screen.

Fight as Bosses:
Enable "extra high speed" mode code. Then press X, Up, Y, Left, B, Down, A, Right, X, Up on controller 2 at the title screen. A female voice will confirm correct code entry. Choose VS. mode and move to the left of Shredder to select Rat King or Karai.


Play as the Bosses (in VS Mode):
At Title Screen on Controller 2, press Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, B, then A. Aska says something to confirm again. On Controller 2, press X, Up, Y, Left, B, Down, A, Right, X, then Up. You'll hear Aska's voice again. Now go to VS Battle and to the left of Shredder are Rat King and Karai.

New Stages:
At the Title Screen, press left, right, left, right, and A on controller two. Go to VS Battle using Controller one. You can now select either (Metro Train) or (Studio 6).
